DJ Mooncat and I founded Dance Temple Cortes Island in 2023.

I am off island, back May 2024 to continue cofacilitating it. Meanwhile DJ Mooncat is running it once a month while I’m away for the offseason.

DANCE TEMPLE is an ecstatic dance event that is a sober, conversation-free, and consent-based interaction only container.

Founded by Naomi Jason on Saltspring Island, a community of Dance Temple facilitators has spread across the beautiful west coast of Canada.

Ecstatic dance allows for authentic free form movement to unfold from within, allowing the participant to move through whatever arises, creating deeper healing and connection with self and others.
